The secret to its soft and sticky texture lies in the use of glutinous rice flour.
Here's a breakdown of the ingredients needed for this delectable treat: 1 sweet potato, 3 slices of cheese, 20g of sugar, 300g of glutinous rice flour, 250ml of milk, 100g of cream, 30g of corn oil, and 2 eggs.

1. Begin by peeling and chopping the sweet potatoes into pieces.
2. Steam the sweet potatoes until fully cooked, approximately 10 minutes.

4. Gradually add glutinous rice flour to the liquid mixture, ensuring each addition is well combined before adding the next. This ensures a uniform and delicate paste.

11. Bake the pie in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
12. Once baked, immediately remove the pie from the mold, peel off the greaseproof paper, and transfer it to a plate.
