This incredible achievement has catapulted it into the annals of history, smashing the previous Guinness World Record and officially securing its status as the world's longest passenger train.
Operating this colossal marvel requires the expertise of seven skilled locomotive engineers and the assistance of 21 dedicated technicians. Despite its massive size, the train maintains a respectable top speed of 35 kilometers per hour.
On the 29th of local time, this remarkable train embarked on its epic journey from the picturesque town of Preda, nestled amidst the Swiss Alps.
As it traversed the iconic Albula/Bernina railway line, it gracefully glided across multiple viaducts and burrowed through mountain tunnels, ultimately reaching its destination, Filisur.
