This Italian mango custard is melt-in-your-mouth, sweet, and refreshing, learn how to make it.

Milk 200g
42g of granulated sugar
2 pieces of gelatin
Anja light cream 120g
#Mango Sauce
Mango pulp 100g
Fine sugar 20g (can be increased or decreased according to the sweetness of mango)
Lemon juice 5g
Diced mangoes
How to make mango custard
1. Soften gelatin with ice water.
2. Put milk and sugar into a milk pot and cook at 80°C. Turn off the heat.
3. Add the drained gelatin and stir until melted.
4. Add the light cream and stir well.
5. Sift the mixed liquid.
6. Pour into a container and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more.
7. Simmer the mango sauce: dice the mango and sugar together in a pot, and stir until the sugar melts and thickens. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
8. Simmer the mango sauce until thickened and cease. Let cool and set aside.
9. Remove the solidified custard and add the cooled mango sauce.
10. Arrange diced mangoes on top.
11. A nice and tasty mango custard is ready.
Tips
1. The amount of sugar and lemon juice is not fixed, adjust it according to the sweetness of the mango.
2. If you find the mango sauce step troublesome, you can skip this step and simply add the mango pulp which is also delicious.
3. The light cream in the custard should be added last, if it is too hot, the light cream will easily separate the oil and water, and there will be a thick layer of yellow milk skin, affecting the beauty.
